Booking & Policies
Do you offer meet & greets?
Yes-meet & greets help us learn routines, temperament, and any special instructions. Meet & greets are provided at a cost of $35 to offset travel time.
Do you take last-minute requests?
When availability allows, yes. Text/call is fastest for same-day requests.
How far in advance should I book?
Advance booking is recommended, especially for weekends and holidays. The sooner you reach out, the better we can secure your preferred dates and times.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are not billable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service time will be billed at the full cost of the scheduled service.
Care & Communication
How do you handle keys/access?
We can coordinate key pickup/drop-off or use lockboxes-whatever you prefer.
Can you administer medication?
Often yes, depending on the medication and your pet's comfort level. Ask during booking.
What kind of communication can I expect?
You can choose what works best-photos of your pet, or quick text updates confirming arrival and completion.
