Q: How do I apply for transportation services?

A: You can begin by filling out an online application.


Q: How much do your transportation services cost?

A: We have several options for transportation services. These options range from a single-day ride to discounted multi-ride passes. In addition, we will work with companies if group transportation is needed. For specific pricing information, please see our services and pricing page.


Q: Where will my child be picked up from?

A: Children will be picked up and dropped off at the addresses provided on the application filled out by parents/guardians.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If a cancellation occurs more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup, a credit will be provided and no fee will be charged.

If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup, no credit will be provided and 100% of the trip will be charged.


Q: What happens if my child loses his/her bus pass?

A: Children can be permitted only one day of travel without a bus pass. A replacement bus pass will have to be procured by contacting Al & Pals at 888-870-1711.


Q: Can my child's friend ride the bus with him/her?

A: Unfortunately, without a bus pass they cannot travel with your child. To ensure ultimate safety, bus riders are assigned an individualized bus route plan and bus pass. The issued bus pass reflects only this individual student. Children may only ride the bus through the route they are assigned to.


Q: What might cause the bus to be late?

A: Buses may be late for various reasons. Although prompt and on-time service is the goal of Al & Pals, the safety of our students always takes precedence. Inclement weather, adverse road conditions, unforseen traffic, road construction, mechanical failure, and many other conditions may contribute to a tardy bus. Bus drivers are trained to adapt to these conditions without compromising safety. We believe it is better to arrive late rather than risk safety.


Q: My child left an item on the bus. How can we get it back?

A: Al & Pals holds onto lost items on location at offices for 5 business days. Call 1-888-870-1711 to see if the particular item was found.


Q: Can my child wait alone for the bus, or does an adult need to be present?

A: Children must be in the presence of a designated responsible adult when being picked up.
